Possible allergens: No major allergens

Ingredients

  • 300 g pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into finger-sized wedges.
  3. Toss with oil and cinnamon and spread on a lined tray.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until soft.

Note for parents: Kids love eating these "orange fries" with their hands.

Do not give children aged 2–4 small, hard, round foods (grapes, cherries, nuts) whole — they are a choking hazard. Introduce honey, nuts and other allergens in small amounts. If your child has special dietary needs, consult a doctor.
